Delete Your Account In The App
- Open the DossiCare app and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then open Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the confirmation screens and choose Delete Forever if you want to continue.
- The app will request server-side deletion and then clear local records, local preferences, and stored encryption keys where possible.
Support Fallback
If you cannot access your account or the in-app deletion flow fails, email support@dossicare.com from the email address associated with your account. We may ask for information needed to verify the request before deletion.
What Is Deleted
- Your Supabase account record and authentication user where deletion is available.
- Your cloud-synced DossiCare document rows and related account data.
- Local app data on the device after the deletion request succeeds, including local document records and stored app preferences where possible.
- Locally stored encryption keys for DossiCare data where possible.
What May Be Retained
Some information may be retained if required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute resolution, tax, backup, or audit purposes. App store purchase records are managed by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Processing Time
In-app deletion normally starts immediately when the request succeeds. Support-assisted requests are typically processed within 30 days after verification, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to complete verification.
Before You Delete
Account deletion is intended to be permanent. Export any records you want to keep before deleting your account.
