Use Of DossiCare
DossiCare provides tools to scan, organize, search, export, sync, and share medical documents. You are responsible for the documents you upload, scan, store, export, or share through the app.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
- Use DossiCare only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
- Do not upload content you do not have permission to store or process.
- Review all extracted information against the original document before relying on it.
No Medical Advice
DossiCare is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosing, emergency guidance, or clinical recommendations. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for health questions and emergency services for urgent situations.
AI Accuracy Limitations
DossiCare may use AI to extract information from documents. AI-generated or AI-extracted information may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or misclassified. You are responsible for verifying all information against the original document and with qualified professionals where appropriate.
Subscriptions And Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription or entitlement. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store and may be managed with RevenueCat. Subscription availability, pricing, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be governed by the app store where you purchased the subscription.
Account Termination
You may delete your account using the in-app deletion flow or by contacting support where needed. We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, for security reasons, for abuse, or for violation of these terms.
Service Availability
DossiCare may change, pause, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature.
Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DossiCare is provided "as is" and "as available." DossiCare is not liable for medical decisions, missed care, data entered by users, inaccurate AI extraction, third-party services, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
