What is DossiCare? DossiCare is a medical document manager for scanning, organizing, searching, exporting, and syncing personal health records. Does DossiCare provide medical advice? No. DossiCare does not diagnose, treat, dose medication, monitor conditions, or provide emergency guidance. Can AI extraction be wrong? Yes. AI-extracted fields may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify extracted details against the original document. Where are documents stored? DossiCare stores records locally on the device. Signed-in users may also sync account records to cloud storage protected by account access controls. Can I export my data? Yes. The app includes a data export option in Settings where available, creating a JSON bundle for your records. How do I delete my account? Open Profile, then Settings, then Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, contact support@dossicare.com. Are paid features available? Paid tiers may be available through app store subscriptions.
